    Hi,

    Yeah, kinda. It turned out to be that the IPN URL wasn't set correctly in /subscriptions/paypal.php (I believe).I just set it manually, and it works fine now

    Hope that helps.

    Cheers

    Andy

    Did you ever get this problem fixed?

    Thanks. However, the code is still there;

    <!-- Do not remove $cronimage or your scheduled tasks will cease to function -->
    $cronimage
    <!-- Do not remove $cronimage or your scheduled tasks will cease to function -->

    ... and yet the subscriptions don't seem to be expiring :|

    TIA

    The Scheduled Tasks run on their own. You don't need a cron job to do it. That's what they are for. If you have modified your footer template, and removed the cronimage code that it says not to remove, then your tasks won't execute.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. You were indeed correct, I did need to run it <G>

    I just tried setting up the cronjob for it through the adminCP, but when I log in via SSH, and type;

    crontab -l

    ... it doesn't show any cronjobs for some reason?

    We have SuExec on our server, to user permissions shouldn't be a problem.

    Any ideas?

    TIA

    Andy

    Yes, there's a scheduled task that runs once a day. Check the Scheduled Tasks section of AdminCP.

    Subscriptions not expiring?

    Hi guys/gals,

    I'm just trying to figure out why our subscriptions don't seem to be working correctly :/

    £5.00 / €8.00 7 82 89 Edit Delete View Users Add User

    ...yet people are still saying that their account remains active, and after their month... it doesn't cancel them as a subscriber.

    Is there a cron or something, which needs to be running?

    TIA

    Andy

    Hi
    I have a subscription active on a user, but when the date is passed, the system does not switch it to the expiration state. So it is always active ... not so good
