new header problems

    new header problems

    im having some problems with my new header template. It uses buttons with images instead of the standard vb navbar. If i erase the code for the old navbar the pop up links dont work any more. Can some one tell me what code i need ot move into the heaer template or whatever i need to do to get this to work?

    Your HTML isn't compliant with XHTML which is what vBulletin 3.x uses. Please keep the variables, phrases, etc that the navbar template uses. Just instead adapt the images and their links to point to the right variable. You can use the navbar template as an example.

        That highlighted code has <!-- .. --> around it.
        Those are comment tags, everything inside those tags won't show up
        Remove
        <!--
        and
        -->
        to make it appear.

              Perhaps because the image is 32px high according to your code.

                yeah but i didnt change any of the sizes, all i did was add in the vb phrases and such to one image and it went all out of whack and i dont know why.

                        how come this code works but it messes up all the alignment? Seeing what im trying to do, can some one help me out with the code?

                          From your above snipet i have gone though and standarized it for vBulletin, the javascript drop downs wont work untill you add the code to support them.

                            What code do i need ot add? Thats where im stuck. I add the code i think i need using the old navbar template as an example bu t i know im not doing it right. you seem to understand what imt rying to do. thanks for the code but i need another favor i dunno what code i need. Its basically just so i can make the dropdowns work for the quicklinks and search buttons.

                            I copied the code you gave me but now all the alignments are messed up, hwta happened?
