Change Border Color Around Hyperlinked Image

I'm trying to change the blue border color around my ad banners. Ideally I'd like to have it be the same color as my category strips on each of my color styles. I've tried several things but can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

Edit the xhtml of the banner .. specificly the <img /> tag, which kind of should look like:

<img src="images/banner/file.gif" />

add style="border: 1px solid #FF0000;" and change the #ff0000 to the color you want. so it looks like:

<img style="border: 1px solid #FF0000;" src="blahblah" />

I think the problem is that I'm using PHPAdsNew. Here's how I set it up but it doesn't seem to work. It looks like it would probably work for people who have javascript disabled...

I thought there might be something I can add to the CSS somewhere to override that.

well for starters you really dont use single quotes in html so change border='0' to border="0"
