User selectable Legacy Postbit or not...??

Hi All

I am aware that Floris has a tweak on his Pro Style that allows a user to select wether they want to use the Postbit Legacy layout or not i.e. user information to the right of post text or user information to the top of post text.

Is there a generic template mod or hack available that would allow users to select via a user field in UserCP which layout they wish to use for any selected style.....? This would be very cool as presently, whichever way you have this set in your vB AdminCP>vB Otions is the way it appears for all installed styles.
