    Edit this section of config.php:

    // ****** UNDELETABLE / UNALTERABLE USERS ******
    // The users specified here will not be deletable or alterable from the control panel by any users.
    // To specify more than one user, separate userids with commas.
    $undeletableusers = 'x';

    ...with 'x' being your userid number, not user name.

    Backing up or restoring with a PHP script like that in the Admin CP or phpMyAdmin can result in PHP timeouts errors and an incomplete backup file.

    Backup with phpMyAdmin:

    Restore with phpMyAdmin:

    Call your host and have them shut down web access to your server. Then you can clean up at your leisure. You DO have a backup, right?

    In the DO NOT UPLOAD file you'll find "tools.php". upload that to your admincp directory, then execute it from your server. That will allow you to restore your admin. Incidentally, if you add your userID to the "cannot change vis admin CP" option in config.php, they cannot change ANYTHING about your user account unless they have direct access to the server.
