User's password constantly reset

I was having this problem the other day and found it was a cookie issue. There was a thread I found in these forums that helped me. Maybe it could help her. But I'd just have her delete her cookies from your forums and see if that fixes it.

Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!

I have a user who, every time she logs on, has to get a new password. Here is how she described the problem to me:

Ok, well when I go on the site it tells me the second the page loads up "Put in my username and password" so I put in the password that I put in just a few seconds ago, and it tells me that I put in the wrong password. So I have to request another one. So I do that and I get on. As soon as I get off the site, and go back on, it tells me again "Username and password" So I request it again, and so on and so on.

I tried manually setting a new password for her, but when she went to log on with it she had the same problem.

Any ideas?
