You would need to contact the server administrator / your host, unless you have root access only they can do it.

For attachments to be shown as thumbnails, you need to have GD installed. If you don't know if you have this, go to the following and look for a block that says "GD" and then lists a version number:

Admin CP --> Import & Maintenance --> View PHP Info

    Then set that version in:

Admin CP --> vBulletin Options --> Server Settings & Optimization Settings --> GD Version

    Next go to:

Admin CP --> vBulletin Options --> Message Attachment Options --> Enable Thumbnails --> Yes [sharpen is optional]

    Finally you have to go:

Admin CP --> Import & Maintenance --> Rebuild Attachment Thumbnails

    Sweet! Thank you

    One Last thing.
My attachments don’t show as thumbnails and I have thumbnails enabled. What am I missing?

Admin CP --> Attachments --> Extensions & Sizes

Then find the type of the attachment you're uploading in the list, and then edit the maximum file size.

How do I increase my File Size?

I don't know what to change to allow bigger attachments. I looked

everywhere. Am I blind? I get this:

File Too Large. Limit for this filetype is 39.1 KB. Your file is 39.6 KB.
widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
