Update User Titles Doesn't

I updated user titles at thelaw.com but unfortunately, even after adding them in into the section to edit and add user titles and then choosing "Update User Titles" to rebuild them, it seems that the titles aren't changing in past posts. Does this mean that all the entries for user titles are static? That would seem ridiculous and from what I have seen around here would seem to be incorrect and that this information is dynamically pulled. As such I may not have "flipped the switch" to use user titles as mine still say "registered user" for posters and perhaps someone can point me in the right direction.

Can you explain exactly what you changed and what you did? It's not clear from your post.

Custom user titles will not get updated.
