Can't log in to admincp due to charset change

    Hello.

Well, i wanted to change my charset to support arabic. I used the UTF-8 and everything screwed up. Now i tried to log in back to my admincp but each time i try to log in it tells me i provided the wrong password. i know i am typing the right password because i used two different accounts to log in yet i couldn't. Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks in advance
