    I still havent fixed mine yet as I havent the time but have a look at the banner I have here http://walkonzone.com/vboard/forumdisplay.php?f=27I this the problem you have?

    I don't know anything about layers, but might it be possible to put the flash object (a banner in my case) in a layer specified as being below a layer with the DHTML in it?

    Interesting, then it must be a bug with Safari as this iFrames break the DHTML menus in certain instances.

    Anyways, the DHTML menus have problems going over certain elements and there really isn't a way to prevent it from happening.

    Incorrect on the iframes, actually. The menus still appear on top.

    I think it is because flash is an active object. The same thing happens with java applets.

    I do not believe so. I think this is a browser bug, a problem with the Flash plugin, or a problem with the HTML markup rules. The same thing happens with iFrames, if I remember correctly.

    DHTML Menus and Flash (.swf)

    When a DHTML menu is shown on a page with a flash movie present (.swf), if the two cross paths, the menu is displayed underneath the flash movie.. Is there any way I can make it display on top?
