A few more minor things I need help on please..

Hi again,

Floris was very quick and helpful last time, hopefully more of the same.

1. How do I make sure that when Admin edit a post, "edited by" is not shown ?

2. How can I change the colour of Admin and Mods on Who's online ?

3. If you look at www.thesportsbar.co.uk you will see that the "last post" column, is slightly out of sync, how can I move that up a bit ?

4. How can I change the welcome message ? ie "If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below."

5. Finally, how can I stop members accessing the members list, as this could give spammers a lot of fun.

6. How can I get rid of "Rate this thread" on all forums ?

Admin Control Panel > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > edit the usergroup and enter values for left/right part of the HTML markup.

I see 'never' in every last post thing, so unless you don't allow guests to view threads/posts - I'd say "Make a new thread and it will not wrap".

Admin Control Panel > Languages & Phrases > Search in phrases > search in phrase variable name only : first_visit_message
Edit the phrase, click on 'copy default' in the english translation, and then you can edit it.

How does it give spammers fun?

Admin Control Panel > Forums & Moderators > Forum Managers > edit your forums and set 'allow thread rating in this forum' to 'no'.
