Hmmm... not too sure about the renewals, but I'm sure I read somewhere that an automated e-mail gets sent out approx one week before subscription is due to expire.

'UserCP' > 'Paid subscriptions' > should then show payment options you have set up along with the order button.

If you have a PayPal cookie, it will prompt you for password, otherwise it will give you an option whether or not to set up a paypal account

    Subscriptions and Paypal - again!

Just wonder if anyone give some advice.

I have a UK verified Premier Paypal account. I have been using this account to collect site membership subscriptions for the last 2 years. I have been using the Paypal 'Subscriptions' which once a member clicks on my 'Subscribe' button, they have to sign up for a Paypal account (if they don't already have one). It then takes the payment and re bills the member on an annual basis.

Since moving to VB and the included subscriptions facility, I would like to swap over.

Question is, when a member clicks on the 'Order now' button in their userCP will it act like an instant payment and allow the user to take advantage of the pay by credit card facility thus preventing them from having to sign up for a Paypal account?
