If you have not installed any hacks and are runningt the original vB templates, fill out a support ticket at:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/members/mem...ontactform.php

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP.

    The forums are at http://www.british-genealogy.com/forums/

No hacks, no additions, nothing. Just vBulletin straight "out of the box"

    Regards
    Rod

ps. there is a "Test" forum visible to registered users if you would like to give it a try, but you'll see lots of examples (and threads) about it in the main "Support" forum.

What's the URL to your forums? Have you installed any hacks (including portals) or added any code to the headinclude, header or phpinclude templates?

    Message editor problem duplicating sentences

I have a board which exhibits a reallt strange problem with the message editor. (both in the WYSIWYG editor and the plain text editor.)

It repeats paragraphs or sections of the message!
Worse wtill, if the user tried to go back and edit their message, then deleting the duplicated parts appears to work, but the final displayed result is yet another repeated section.

It doesn't happen on every message.

Our users are becoming really concerned about this problem, because trying to edit a message makes it worse.

What is causing it, and what can be done to pevent it happening?
    (VB 3.0.3)

    regards
    Rod
