    they could be looking at the forum index and not a forum. there's an option in vb options to turn on the ability to view the current active users at the bottom of each forum or inside each thread.

    Have you checked the "who's online" page in the Quick Links? Could be that a lot of your members go back to the main forum page? (although that still sounds like your numbers are skewed somewhere, it's a place to start looking)

    I have a problem: I see for example 80 users online on my forum, but on each forum I see a smaller ammount of views (4 viewing, 3 viewing etc), a number that does not sum 80. How can I see all figures?
