change the font

How can I change the font size for the entire forum, for everything mainly the forum index.php page so the font for categories look smaller. Whats the CSS or vb command and where to put it?

The CSS definitions are in the:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Main CSS (in the menu)

Edit the Category Strips class to change the font size of categories.
