Because of thumping great bandwidth issues, we've had to make our forums only accessible to registered users - which means it doesn't look very inviting to casual browsers.
Here's what I'd like to happen:
unregistered users could view the homepage and see all the forums (with thread/post counts visible) and click into the forums to see a listing of thread titles - but if they wanted to actually read a thread (i.e. the actual posts), they'd have to register.
Is this possible? (apologies if I've missed something really obvious here!)
We're running the latest version of vBulletin.
