If you want that image to be bigger - modify the original in your image manipulation software and upload the new .gif that you save off of it.

still about the logo but i wona make one that hase the same width of the forum ( 80% )

In 1600x1200 resolution, the image would be 1000pixels wide.
In 800x600 resolution, the image would be 600 pixels wide.

You can't make the image dynamic.
