'0' means they won't be able to edit this. The 999.... number was probably too large. Try fewer digits.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

Thread editing
I want normal users in a certain forum to be able to change the post icon of their threads indefinitely.
I have the forum set up so users
*can edit posts,
*can't delete posts,
*can open/close threads (this is unusual for us, normally we don't allow this)
I have the number where they can edit their thread titles set to a bunch of 9's
in the vbulletin options.
I do not want them to be able to delete threads.
If I log in as a normal test user and try to edit a thread (belonging to test user) with Thread tools it tells me I don't have permission.
It looks like its workin for hogfire but not me.
What am I missing Thanks.Comment
