Page keeps reloading

We cannot figure out how to get this to work. I have written about this before here and I have read everything with other folx having the problem and I cannot fix it.

When we click on the first page of some threads the page just keeps reloading until we shut down the browser. There does not appear to by any rhyme or reason. If this has been answered before I apologize just point me to the correct thread.

Are you using the default style and files?

I am using the default style and files. I have no hacks installed. The only thing we have changed are the colors that you can do in the style manager.

No we don't and the content is a thread.

Please provide the URL to one of these threads you are having a problem with. Also, do you allow HTML in posts or sigs?

I put in a support ticket with all the info you need. And no we do not allow html in posts or sigs.

What is the issueid of your support ticket? If it's 255613 I responded to this yesterday asking for more info.

Also as I pointed out to you since you are running hacks there is not much support we can give. I will have a quick look if you provide the requested info, but it's possible you may need to remove your hacks to get further support.

I am sorry I am confused, what hacks do you think I have installed? As far as I know I haven't installed any hacks period. The only changes I have made are to the colors which we have done through the style manager and we added a link in the postbit so folx can see their gallery. What hacks are you referring to? Maybe I just don't understand what Jelsoft considers hacks. My assumption is that anything that can be done through the admincp is supported by Jelsoft is this incorrect?

No, there are no responses to the support ticket. Maybe the one I have isn't yours. What is the issueid of your ticket? Did you look at the bottom of this page and click on the appropriate ticket?
