Thread View not updating

Our Thread views are not updating and we keep getting these errors (see below). Should I upload the threadviews.MYD file?

Run this query to recreate this table (assuming you have no table prefix):

CREATE TABLE threadviews (
threadid INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0',
KEY threadid (threadid)
);

Thanks for the quick reply. I ran the query and this is what I got:

DROP TABLE threadviews;

Then run steves query again.

Both queries worked, but I'm not seeing Thread Views being updated. I read in another thread that they are only updated every hour and that setting is in the admin cp, but I can't seem to find it.

This is only the second forum I've set up for a client, so forgive my ignorance on some of the troubleshooting methods.

The client is receiving the error messages by e-mail since I have him set up to be the administrator. Is there a way I can modify the e-mail address and have those e-mails sent to me in the time-being? I'm using his log-in information to go in and make changes through the control panel.

It is the technacal email listed in the config.php which error emails are sent to.

Thread views are still not updating however. I'll keep my eye out for any database error e-mails.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Update Thread Views Immediately

Follow-up issue:

The client is getting this error message every time they log out. When I use their log-in info and do the log-out, I do not get the error message. Must be something on their end. Any ideas?
