How can I edit this text the Welcome to [vbtitle] ?

I want to edit the text as shown in the picture attached.. just want to center it basically and fool around. I searched in the phrases for it but it said no matches found. Thanks for all the help!

In the second image attached I want to change the color of the phrase [vbtitle]'s Forums Statistics... just change the font color but once again as I searched in phrases for it I couldn't find it. Thanks!

No, thats the text associated with a guest visitor. What you are after is simply your forum name, and can be found in:

ACP > vBulletin Options > Site name / URL / Contact details > Forum Name

I want to edit the title of that not the actual table with content in it that says that they need to register and that stuff. Just the "Welcome to LazyF... Forums"
