urgent help... importing my_sql DB

Here's the story, a site I was working for had the arcade hack installed but i twas messed up, I thought he wanted a fresh install so I tried that and it messed up even more, I tried removing the arcade but the forums stopped working, luckily I had a backup before I tried to remove the arcade... now that I've restored the backup I'm getting alot of errors

I think tables missing and such... is there a 'correct' way to restore a 50mb backup? I really need to know soon... any help would be greatly appreciated

mysql error: Table 'forum.calendar' doesn't exist

You are missing at least one table in this database. The only reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. Please see the instructions here:

I got it restored through shell... thanks for the help
