  • Insert Google Adsense below last post?

    Can someone please tell me how to go about inserting Google Adsense below the last post of every thread?

    Which templete do I have to edit and where do I have to place the adsense code?

    Thanks.

    Instead of having to use conditionals in the postbit to make sure its the last post, skip all that .. and just add it in the showthread template, ofcourse, below the part where it calls for the postbit variables.

        Hi Floris,

        I can't figure out where exactly to put in the code?

        Would appreciate if you could guide me through it.

        Thanks.

          To show it below the last post, before the [post reply] button:

          Open SHOWTHREAD template, find this code:

          HTML Code:
          <!-- controls below postbits -->
          And above this, on a new line, add this code:

          HTML Code:
          <div align="center" class="smallfont">YOUR GOOGLE ADSENSE HERE</div>
          And save the template.

            But BE CAREFUL! You could get in big trouble with Google if you have more than one set of adwords on a page. Remember to read their terms of service and relax.

                  Oh, well this also explains why the adwords on my main site also say "Ads by Goooogle"
