Using the favicon.ico image...

I am having trouble getting the favicon for my www site to display when I add my www site to IE/Firefox?Opera address bar.

Is there anywhere within any of the vB templates that some code needs to appear...? or is it simply a question of ensuring that the favicon.ico file is in the root of the www site. Mine is there but doesn't display at all.

Can anyone advise me please. Thanks.

It shows up for me with no problems. I visit your site and that image is displayed next to the URL in the browser window.

Thanks Jake... Hmmm... it is showing for me now too? Though not in Firefox. I did delete the link form the address bar in IE then added it again though, that's why it might be working for me now.

Don't browsers require some meta tag?

try clearing you cache i had the same problem, it didnt work till i did
