take the WHOLE forum and put it in a table

Hello,

I want to take the WHOLE forum, from header and until the footer and put it inside a table?

I want to create a table and put the whole forum code in of its cells and I want to put other stuff in the other cells, how can I do that? Where in the templates should I edit?
