I don't think he is trying to rip the design, he just wants to have the userinfo in a table like that.

It would look something like this:

<table>
<tr><td class="custom">posts: $post[posts]</td><tr>
..the same for eac row
</table>

and a custom class that makes the border, controls padding, etc.
