registration problem

I've received a few email complaints like this:

I have tried repeatedly today to register, completing all the fields and an error seems to occur after I press "complete registration." The error notice states that I have not completed my username, password and email address which is not accurate. Can you offer any advice?

I tried registering a new account myself and didn't have a problem.

Maybe they only filled in a few fields but skipped the additional box with 'additional required fields'.

If you give me the URL to your site I can try to reigster and see if there is something that might not work right for them.

I have found no issues - All I had to do was enter my date of birth, agree to the TOS and enter my name, email and a password.

So maybe it's a browser problem?
