How do I access a user's password or login as them?

One of my users is having trouble with the photo gallery, and I either need to get their password or find a way to login as them. What's the easiest way to do that besides asking the user? Thanks!

you can't get the password.

I think there's a hack at vb.org to login as someone else.

You can always change their password for them, and tell them what the new password is when you're done.

I change their password to something, then log in as them and test. Then I imform the user of the results, as well as the new password. They can then change it back to whatever they want.
