    You can modify the header or the navbar template

    But what kind of text box? one with text in it written by you, like in a table. or a text input field where users can enter stuff in?

    HTML Code:
    <textarea name="mytxtfield" cols="50" rows="4" wrap="VIRTUAL" id="mytxtfield"></textarea>
    (that won't do much but allow users to type text in it, you need a script to process what they type there).

    and for a text box

    HTML Code:
    <table class="tborder" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%" align="center">
    <thead>
     <tr>
      <td class="tcat">Title of your text box.</td>
     </tr>
     <tr>
      <td class="alt1">
    Your text here!
      </td>
     </tr>
    </thead>
    </table>

      Maybe 3 or 4 words which cannot be altered by users.

            that works great thanks.

            Also is it possible for that navbar to be fixed in that position so when i scroll down it will scroll too.
