Remove a deleted thread off home page

I have vbadvanced as a home page and i deleted a test post in the forum buts its still showing up on the home page as a thread.if you click on it says invalid thread contact the webmaster.I tried clearing cookies and updating forum threads etc.heres the site if you could tell me if you get the same thing. dont know what else to try.thanks
