Can't get add private event to show

Hi all

As the title says, I can't figure out how to get the add a private event to show in the drop down menu. As an admin I can't add a private event even though the permissions are default. I don't see a private event option anywhere on the calendar. I even added a calendar and still no private event option.

All I get anywhere are these:

Single, All Day Event
Ranged Event
Recurring Event

vB3 did away with private events in favor of the ability to add multiple calendars with different permissions. You can create a new calendar in your:

Admin CP -> Calendars & Moderators -> Add New Calendar

Then edit your calendar permissions in your:

Admin CP -> Calendars & Moderators -> Calendar Permissions

Set the Can View Others' Events permission to No for all groups. Now events on this calendar will be private.
