Giving admins/supermods access to some (but not all) settings

I'm interested in giving my supermods, who are basically admins, access to the tachy feature, without giving them access to every other site setting (for security). Is this possible? Is it comign?

    Thanks!

They would need access to the entire vBulletin Options section. The tachy feature is not separate.

Or you can use a custom script that manipulates that setting so your mods can use that feature outside of the vBulletin Options section. For help with such a script I recommend you post on www.vbulletin.org, the official vB hacking site.

I hear ya. But wouldn't the perms system prohibit them from using the function if we did this?

No. A custom script can bypass permissions.
