  • non VB content on VB page

Ive searched but cant seem to find any posts relating to having non VB content on a VB page.

IE.. insert my own custom content.. while also including the VB header and footer and all that stuff.

Or is it just making a php file and following the way all the other PHP files do it?

You can modify the header and footer template through the style manager in the admin control panel to match your own html/images.

no, you have it backwards. I want my HTML files to match VB.

I want to have a php page that loads up.. with the VB header.. VB footer.. me being able to use VB phrases and options..
while in the middle.. instead of having post content.. I would have my own static HTML content.

You need a content management system, here is a link to the best one for VBulletin.
