There is a problem with the post table. Backup if you can, then run a repair in your:

Admin CP -> Import & Maintenance -> Repair / Optimize Tables

      Everything seems okay:

postCheckWarning: Table is marked as crashed and last repair failedpostCheckWarning: Size of indexfile is: 39373824 Should be: 1024postCheckError: Can't read indexpage from filepos: -1postCheckError: Corrupt
But then I got that. I just have to backup?

If a repair does not fix the problem then you will need to restore a backup of your database.

You sometimes have to run repair more than once to fix all the problems.
