Make a forum private

I have my forums setup, some of them i would like to be private that no one can see the topic...but they can see the forum and cannot access them.


How do i do this, and please be gentle im a n00b

That really did'nt help, i would like the board to be VISIBLE but not accessed registered users. Only by a specific group of users.

And the topic cannot be seen

Edit the forum permissions, click on 'deny all' and then edit the usergroup that has permission to view it. set that permissions to yes for what they are allowed to.
