Make it so admins can post html but users can't?

Currently that is not a feature. HTML posting privs are at the forum level, not the group level.

I don't know if this will be a feature in future versions. If you would like to see this feature in a future version I recommend you post in the vBulletin 3 Suggestions and Feedback forum.

Well if I turn off the html in my forums is there any way to presearve the posts that were already written in html without having to rewrite every single post in bb code? There are hundreds of them...
