Quick way to set Awaiting E-Mail Conf to Registered?

Due to spam filters, etc., I find a lot of registrants that are stuck in "awaiting e-mail confirmation". Is there an easy way to set what appears to be a valid e-mail to registered in one list, i.e. with checkboxes or something so I can process items in a group/batch?

Right now I search for users "awaiting e-mail confirmation" but having to go in an edit each one individually to set them to registered is laborious.

You can mass move users between usergroups.

Admin Control Panel > Users > Prune / Move Users

Read carefully each page it loads, for you don't want to prune users! (prune = delete)
