Custom Avatar Resizing!

The members of my board are trying to upload their own pictures / images as avatars. They cannot do it because the board states that the maximum dimensions are 70 x 70 pixels. Obviously vbulletin does not expect every user to resize his image. MY question is there a way to enable resizing an avatar in Vbulletin admincp

Currently it is not possible to let vBulletin automaticly resize custom uploaded avatars.

To answer your second question.

Board Avatar Permissions are set in the section vBulletin options.
(Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Picture Options)

Custom Avatar Permissions are set on a usergroup basis, so set in the usergroup manager.
(Admin Control Panel > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit the usergroup you want to modify the custom avatar upload permissions of)
