Permissions Based on posts .

How can i set a forum to be accessed only by users that have more than 10 posts for example ?

You can make an additional usergroup, and then setup the forum permissions for everybody to not have access, accept for this usergroup.
Then setup a promotion that users with x posts get added to that additional usergroup.
A cron entry will be added to the scheduler feature from vbulletin and run every hour to upgrade users.

what about top 5 posters be displayed in main index ? how can i do that ?
