IP checks

You know the computer thingy on the right corner of everypost where you can view the IP's,How can I make this appear only to Admins of the site and not to mods or s.mods?
and how can I make IP searches only available to Admins and not to mods or s.mods?

for regular mods, its a moderator option when you add them to a forum, its not however possible to remove this option by default for smods, as smods are admins without admincp ccess.
