Hot Threads!

I am looking to either remove the thread_dot_hot gif from my forums, or have it enable a new gif.

The image path for hot threads that you have posted in with new posts, is the same as the path for the image to the hot threads you have posted in with no new posts.

Quite a small thing, but looking to change it to just add small details to the board, making it overall better
