      ACP > VB Option > Censorship option > Blank ASCII Character Stripper.
      - Remove '160' and/or '173' - I removed both of them.
      - Now you can see Korean Characters like '화', '서', '큼', and etc.
      - Safari on Mac and IE on PC with "euc-kr" for encoding.
