Make sub templates for sub forums!

I was wondering how I would go about making a sub template for a sub forum. My example would be to have a forum for NFL and then sub forums for each Team in the NFL. What I am wanting to do is change the colors of each subforum team to their team colors when you access this forum/subforum. Is this something that can be done

Create Child Styles for each team, change the colors and then assign those styles to their respective forums.

when you say change the colors? Are you referring to everything in the css and the navbar, forum background, everything
