"Post Icons" Not Showing Images, How to Display Them

Why are the "post icon" images not showing - they do not appear in the "Post Icons" menu at the bottom of my editor, nor do they show up in the second column in posted messages.

Instead, the Post Icons menu of my editor is showing text for each option "Light Bulb" instead of the Light Bulb icon, and "Talking" instead of the related icon. It is not as much fun seeing the text "light bulb" as it is to the real deal (as in this forum). It ain't as much fun as it is to do this , then it is to list "Smile"

Make sure that the path for each image is correct in your Admin Control Panel.
