who's online - guests giving reputation error??

I have guests set to be able to view a guest board only - and I've tested it by logging out, and seeing what I can see and do as a guest - i only see the threads and boards that I'm supposed to - however on my who's online, it showed a guest 'giving reputation' - how could that be? Is this some sort of bug or something>
