Not require birthdays at signup

How do I get VB 3 to not require birthdays at signup/register? Currently when users click to register it goes to http://www.seo-guy.com/forum/register.php? and they are asked to enter in their birthday, I dont want this to come up, I want them taking directly to the fourm rules page. Please advise

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Require Birthday

Uncheck this option.

Note, if you have COPPA enabled, then the birthdate is mandatory regardless of that setting.
