How do I reset all repuation comments to zero?

I had allot of members abuse the reputation system on my board and right now I have the rep system turned off. I want to reset all the comments and rep points back down to only reflect things like post count rep additions and so forth. So if I can reset everything to zero I can click on the update rep counters thing to update it again depending on the settings i have for the rep system.

So my questions in that mess above is how to reset my rep points/comments to zero for all registered users?
