    It looks like the banner code is in your FORUMHOME template right now. You need to move this code to the header template:

    Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> « » -> header

      Yes, When I try to add it to the header template, it messes up the rest of the image, it is no longer aligned. This is the banner insertion code. I am not sure how to make it work.

      Right now I have this code in phpinclude_start
      ob_start();
      require("/***********/banner.php");
      $banners = ob_get_contents();
      ob_end_clean();

      and then I simply added $banners into the forumhome template and it works. If I just add the $banners in there it messes everything up and does not align. What html/code do I insert so that it maintains the 468x60 and shows the banners?
      6) Banner Insertation Code

      There is a few ways of adding code to you site. I will sort it as of purpose:

      1) If you want to insert randome banner from whole database (no mether what user or zone) use:
      <?php include "banner.php"; ?>

      2) If you want to insert randome banner from user ( no mether what zone) use:
      <?php uid="user_ID"; include "banner.php"; ?>
      where user_ID is ID number of user that you want to display banner from.

      3) If you want to insert randome banner from user and zone use:
      <?php uid="user_ID"; zid="zone_ID"; include "banner.php"; ?>
      where user_ID is ID number of user that you want to display banner from and zone_ID is ID number of selected zone.

        HEre is a sample of what I am talking about.

        a flash banner works fine because it has the 468x60 dimensions in it already. But the other non flash banners distort my header image. See images attached for referrence.

              It looks to me (thoug I aint a prrgrammer ) that you are trying to insert some code without adding the table cell. Try putting your code within td's i.e.

              <td>

              your banner code here

              </td>

              ... might work.

                    Hello, I just got my message board up and running and I am also trying to figure out how to put my banner in the header... and get rid of the VBulletin banner..

                    He said that he uses a power banner.. and I just use regular banner.. Is there any difference in the coding?

                    Thank you very much for any help

                        To DeeperImage,

                        In your page source code I fixed the problem by adding the red code:

                        Code:
                            <tr>
                              <td valign="top" [color=red]nowrap="nowrap"[/color]>
                                <p align="center" style="word-spacing: 0; margin: 0"><img src="http://www.240sxforums.com/images/banner_left.gif" width="3" height="60"><a href='pbmadmin/visit.php?id=6738' target='_blank'><img src='http://240sxforums.com/banners/240sxtshirts.jpg' alt='' border=0></a>
                        <img src="http://www.240sxforums.com/images/banner_middle.gif" width="60" height="60"><img src="http://www.240sxforums.com/images/banner_right.gif" width="238" height="60"></p>
                              </td>
                            </tr>
                        But this causes the top portion to be slightly wider than the lower portion. Basically the images up there are barely too wide when taken together.

                          Jake,
                          That worked, Thank you. What I am going to do is reduce one of the images next to the banner code a hair to make it fit right. Thank you so much.
