Total attachment size vs individual size

In usergroup manager, I have my regular users set to allow 10mb max attachments (per user).

Is there a way to limit this per attachment, so people can't, for example, upload 10MB files?

One way this could be rather unpleasant is if people started attaching things like MP3s and whatnot.
