Database error with attachments

I changed it to INT like other posts said to do and also 10. However I am still getting these errors.. sometimes it works.. sometimes it doesnt.

Database error in vBulletin 3.0.0:

Run Repair/Optimize in the Admin CP:

Admin CP -> Import & Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue

Is there a way to do this via mysql shell or something? I am getting time outs when I try to do this via control panel. I got a 3.5 gig database
